He was predeceased by: his son Forris; and his siblings, Bruce Klooster, Barb Jansma and Joyce Herrig. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Scott Klooster (Rebecca), Erik AuFrance and April Gresham (William); his grandchildren, Jazmyne AuFrance, Garret Klooster, Devin AuFrance, Aubrey Jeffery, Zoe AuFrance, Audrey Hobbins, Naomi Oostindie (Jon) and Sami Klooster; and his great grandchildren, Izabelle AuFrance, Layla Jones and Sage Foll.
The family is asking that donations be made to the Gideons International in memory of Jack.
