She is survived by: her husband John Johnson; her children, Mark Johnson (Jane) and Linda DeYoung (Tom); her grandchildren, Jason Johnson (Kelly), Tim Johnson (KC), Sarah Hong (Marcus) and Jeff DeYoung (Anissa); her great grandchildren, Grady, Logan, Sloane, Gwen, Abby and Ty; and her caregivers, Toya and Brianca.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Reyers North Valley Chapel (2815 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505).
