She is survived by: her children, Julie Ledsworth (Deane), Jennifer Duba-Scanlan (Kevin), Jerry Duba and Jane Hoekzema (David); her grandchildren, Nicholas Ledsworth, Chanda Ledsworth and Sarah Jane Boomsma (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Tabatha Fetic (Elvis) and Genevieve Rae; and her great great grandchildren, Leo, Leilah, Lena and Zayn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
