He is survived by: his wife Judy Maxim (Mead); his children, Theresa Dietrich Simmons (Kevin Patterson), Mark (Lisa) and Michael; his stepchildren, Cathy Rosche (Bryce) and Dan Maxim (Sheri); his grandchildren, Josh Dietrich, Nick Chrisman (Andie), Amber Anderson (Shane), Ray Simmons (Jackie) and Heather Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Hope and Benjamin.
