He is survived by: his wife Annie Edwards (Ashby); his children, Keith Edwards (Ruthann), Paul Edwards and Aletha Edwards (Jamela); his daughter-in-law Kendra Edwards of Rancho Mirage, CA.; and his grandchildren, Keisha Brown (Tyrone), Tao Edwards, Keigan Edwards (Drew), Nia Edwards, Danielle Walker (Ken), Nathan Edwards, Alex Edwards (Sylvia), Riley Edwards, Jewell Edwards of Long Beach, CA, Alyssa Edwards, Kyra Edwards of Rancho Mirage, CA and JaRaJi Dewberry-Edwards.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Calvin Reformed Church (700 Ethel Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508).
