James Gorman Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of James Gorman of Grand Rapids, Michigan. James, born on June 28, 1946, passed away on June 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Gorman and Hazel Gorman (Wert) of Grand Rapids; and his siblings, Chic Caha (Mary), Patricia Cameron and Joseph Gorman.
He is survived by: his wife Julie (Gross); his sister Issy Aley (Tom); his children, Jenica VanderMark and Patrick Gorman; his grandchildren, Cauy VanderMark (Bailey Gilliam) and Abrielle VanderMark (Alizzer Lim); his in-law Chalker; and his close friend Brittany. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
