It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Gregory Larson of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on August 7, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Larson and Jeanette Larson. He is survived by: his wife Nanette; his children, John "Jack" (Sarah), Lucas, James, Michael (Michele) and Ann; his former wife Diane Huebner; and his sister Carole Kaupa. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the National Park Foundation as a tribute to Jim's lifelong love of travel and his joy of visiting national parks.
