James Hynes Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 8, 2024, at the age of 85, James Hynes of Grand Rapids, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Blanche Oswald and Richard Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Bernie; his brother Jeff Hynes (Kris); his children, Jamie Makielski, Julie Hynes, Bob Hynes (Vickie) and Bill Hynes (Sharyl); his family, Hella, Werner Ballman and German; his daughter Imke; Imke Rickhaus (Christoph) and Christian. He is also survived by two nieces; six grandchildren; and many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
