With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Richard Proctor (Grand Rapids, Michigan), born in Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 23, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Proctor and Mary Proctor; his sister-in-law Joan Walters; and his parents-in-law, Peter and Ruth Bosch.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Proctor; his sister MaryBeth McKinley (Laurence); his daughter Claire McKinley; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Fridsma (Jim), Dave Walters and Nancy Key (Steven). He is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews.
