He was predeceased by : his wives, Marilyn and Judith; his son Thomas Allen Smith; and also Richard Krzykwa Jr.. He is survived by : his daughters, Robin Rasmussen and Connie S. Smit; his grandson Jonathan Rasmussen; and also April Vega.
