We are sad to announce that, on September 27, 2022 we had to say goodbye to James Lewis Steensma in Grand Rapids, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Judith; his parents, Fred Steensma and Jesse Steensma; his brother Fred Steensma; his son-in-law Bruce Persby; and his great grandchild Dominic Zwiep.
He is survived by: his children, Andrew Steensma (Ann), Molly Persby, Jennifer Steensma Hoag (Paul) and Priscilla Higby (Douglas). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, brother, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Interim Hospice of Grand Rapids.
