He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Jazwinski and Jenny Jazwinski (Mikulski); his siblings, Doris Sruba (Ed), Don Jazwinski (Dee) and Bob Jazwinski (Trudy); his daughter Colleen Lipski; and his son-in-law Dave Lipski.
He is survived by: his wife Sonya Jazwinski; his children, James Jazwinski (Elizabeth) and Alicia Pavona (Michael); and his grandchildren, David Lipski, Drew Lipski (Emily), Aaron Lipski, Gloria Pavona, Chloe Jazwinski and Colin Jazwinski. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
