He was predeceased by: his wife Alicia. He is survived by: his son Mark Packowski (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Brittany Walters (Major Troy), Matthew Packowski (Lauren) and Bethany Packowski (Dan Bryan). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
