She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon MacIntosh and Lillian Hagemann; her brother James MacIntosh; and her aunt Marian Thompson. She is survived by: her son Dr. Michael Karlesky (Jessica) of Grand Rapids, Michigan; her husband John Karlesky of Grand Rapids, Michigan; her sister Suzanne Burt of Sterling, Michigan; her stepsister Jeannie Lewis (Gary) of Jackson, Michigan; her children, Kendall Diemer (Jerry Crofton) of Phoenix, Arizona and Steven Videto (Kris); her grandchildren, Mitchel Diemer (Parikshaya), Kevin Diemer (Christine), Christofer Videto (Kimi), Emmy and Aiden Karlesky; and her great grandchildren, Brighton Diemer, Sterling Diemer, Rafy Hijazi, Ramy Hijazi, Norah Diemer, Logan Videto and Joshua Diemer.
