She is survived by: her children, David, Terri Leichty, Karen Chamberlin, Paul Leichty and Perry Leichty; her grandchildren, Jackylin Chamberlin, Patrick Chamberlin, Steven Chamberlin, Samuel Leichty and Alexander Leichty; and her great grandchildren, Kaylin and Zane Chamberlin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests memorial donations to Trinity Health at Home Hospice of Grand Haven.
