She is survived by: her children, Russ (Lori Slater), Don (Sue Slater) and Laurie (Jerry Boomers); and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Hillary Slater (Levi), Erica, Gerrod Truckenmiller (Wes), Caroline, Tucker Wheeler (Slater), Anne Slater, Royce, Eleanor Slater (Eli), Audrey, Chris Townes (Jaslyn), Jerry Lee Boomers III, Veronica, David DeMeester (Austen), Brittany Boomers and Wyatt Slater. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
