He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Tozer and Myrtle Tozer (Higdon); and his son Jordan Tozer. He is survived by: his wife Janice Tozer (Seltenreich); his sons, Jonathan and James Tozer; his granddaughter Emma; and his brothers, Michael and Timothy Tozer.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Immanuel Reformed Baptist Church (860 Peachcrest Ct NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505).
