He was predeceased by: his wife Polly; and his siblings, Bill and Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Susan Heth (Bill) of Upland, IN and Chris Andres (Liz); and his grandchildren, Justin Heth (Hannah), Joseph Heth, James Heth (Chloe), Julie Munoz (Carlos), Amy Kamphuis (Bob) and Katy Andres. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
