She was predeceased by: her siblings-in-law, Art Bartlett and Sarah Whaley; her niece Lisa Metzger; and her nephew Brian Metzger. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Whaley (Jeannette), Roger Lee Whaley (Kathy), Mary Metzger (Gerald), Margie Metzger (Albert), Joy Bartlett and Melva Whaley. She is also survived by several cousins; and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crossway Community Church (3950 Burton St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546).
