It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnne K. Garner in Grand Rapids, Michigan, born in Hastings, Michigan, who passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David L. Irwin and Betty Rosenberg (Clarence); and her brother David "Bob" Irwin. She is survived by: her children, Erin Fouty (Henri Laime), Frank Garner (Sandy), Narda Smith (Larry), Abby Taylor and John Garner (Heather); her grandchildren, Ryan (Rachel), Kali (Adam), Travis (Keley), David, Rachel (Matt), TJ (Kalia), Amy (Nate), Jessica, Ronnie (Scottie), Chris, Rockwell, Willow, Jake, Sarah (Jon) and Isaiah (Olivia); her nieces and nephews, David Irwin (Dawn), Sandy Grasso (Rob) and Markus Irwin (Janice); and her pets, Butch and Sundance. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St Andrew & Matthias Anglican Church will be appreciated.
