She is survived by: her husband Jim Smith; her children, Julie Mersman (Craig), Sharon Ray (Michael) and Randy Smith (Trish); and her grandchildren, Lindsay Goodyke (Zach), Tyler Mersman, Madison Mersman, Ethan Ray, Caleb Ray and Carter Ray. She is also survived by her sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and all her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Joanne, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
