With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John C. Ribbens Jr. (Grand Rapids, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his father John Ribbens Sr.; his daughter Carrie; his brothers, Bruce, Joel and Mike; and his brother-in-law Brad Gilman.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Gilman of Boise, ID and Bryan Ribbens (Randy Currey); and his nieces, Nichole and Stephanie.
