He is survived by: his children, Gerry Dykstra, Ken Dykstra and Wanda Kamminga; and his grandchildren, Michael, Victoria Dykstra, Eric Dykstra, Heather Dykstra, Carl Dykstra, Eileen Kellstrom, Gloria Hoving, Shawn, Lynnae Kamminga, Shannon, Scott Den Herder, Kendra, Mitchell Stuive, Ryan Kamminga, Audra, Joe Ophoff, Shane and Whitney Kamminga. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, and many extended family.
