He is survived by: his daughters, Julia Teresa Fogarty (Skip Renker) of Petoskey, Michigan and Catherine Fogarty Birch (Dale) of Monument, Colorado; his granddaughters, Kristen Birch Cozart (Justin) of Monument, Colorado and Remi Birch Rodriguez (Agustin) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his great grandchildren, Lillia Hittle (Hunter Matney) of Castle Rock, Colorado and Colton Hittle of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his great great grandchild Westyn Matney of Castle Rock, Colorado; his daughter Susan Shelagh Fogarty (Brad Arnold) of Midland, Michigan; his grandson Nicholas Lee Fogarty (Frank Chu) of Santa Clara, California; his daughter Patricia Fogarty Ezdebski (Tom) of Ludington, Michigan; his grandchildren, Leah Cutler of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Sam Cutler (Megan Pearce) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; his son Stephen Patrick Fogarty (Tara) of Rockford, Michigan; and his grandchildren, Noah Joseph Fogarty, Luke Matthew Fogarty of Rockford, Michigan and Anna Fogarty Carle (Tell). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
