He was predeceased by: his mother Dawn Hemmes; and his nephew Jonathan Beckett. He is survived by: his father Dennis Hemmes; his stepsons, Desmond and Caleb Brown; his granddaughter Athena Brown; his siblings, Danny (Tammy), Thomas Hemmes (Jill) and Joedy Beckett (Scott); Erica Hemmes.
