John Robert Shumway Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Robert Shumway in Grand Rapids, Michigan, born in Hastings, Michigan, who passed away on January 1, 2025 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Brian Shumway and Annegret Shumway; his sisters, Regina Sirois and Emilie Frame; his brother-in-law Dave Frame; his niece Quinn; his aunts and uncles, George, Bob, Thomas, Hubert, Darryl, Jan, Connie, Melissa, Kym, Marva and Ulrike; and his close friends, Madeleine and Robert Ellsworth (family: Pam Mallekoote). He is also survived by many cousins; and a wide circle of friends.
