He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collins and Zola Collins; his siblings, Winnifred and Tom; and his granddaughter Danielle.
He is survived by: his wife Donella Gager; his children, Elizabeth Cuffman (Mike), Scott Collins (Penny) and Bradley Clarke (Dana); his grandchildren, Rachel, Becca, Matt, Doug, Lucas, Brendan, Hailey and Sydney; and his sister-in-law Linda Collins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
