He was predeceased by: his wife Jane; his son Gary Lee; his parents, Henry Winger and Mary Clark (Levi); his siblings, Don Winger (Shirley), Velma Taylor (Donald) and Barbara J. Winger; his parents-in-law, Fred and Mary Souter; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Gibson, Catherine Conkright, Phyllis Williams (Gordon), Robert Souter (Mickey), Vern Souter (Ethel) and Ernest Souter (Sarah); and his nephew Ronald Muller.
He is survived by: his daughter Lynne Winger; his sister Mary Gibson; his niece Yvonne Muller; and his great-niece Heather Timmerman.
