He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Block and Arend "Bud" Block; and his stepfather Donald VanderMale. He is survived by: his brothers, Greg Block, Pat Block and Carl VanderMale; his girlfriend Susan Garn; and his children, Monica, Jacqueline, Samantha and Joseph.
