Josephine Ruth Ringelberg Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Ruth Ringelberg (Grand Rapids, Michigan), who passed away on July 5, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Driesenga and Gertrude Driesenga (Smith); her husband Douglas; her brothers, Jay and Dale Driesenga; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia, Faith and Bill Kuiper.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Ringelberg and Keli Murphy (Steve); her grandchildren, Shannon Carigan (Timothy) and Shawn Ringelberg (Leah); her great grandchild Timothy Carigan; her siblings, Harold Driesenga, Elaine Kuiper, Arloa Rimer (Fred Chin), Barb Searle and Kathy Warner (Hal); and her sisters-in-law, Harlene and Judy Driesenga.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
