She is survived by: her husband James; her stepchildren, Joshua Doornbos, Tena Doornbos and Elsa Doornbos; her stepgranddaughter Isabel Doornbos; her parents-in-law, Rev. Milton and Jeanne Doornbos; her brother Ralph Anzelmo; and her siblings-in-law, Keith, Brenda Doornbos, Larry, Linda Doornbos, Mark, Tami Doornbos, Elizabeth and Herb Garman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
