He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Katherine Gavidia; his parents, Maria Orta and Luis Navarro; and his brother Jose Navarro. He is survived by: his wife Peggy A. Navarro (Orcasitas); his children, Nivia Navarro-Arroyo, Grisselle Navarro, Mildred Navarro, Juan Navarro-Orcasitas, Erica Navarro Wilson and Rebeca Navarro Hernandez; his grandchildren, Reynaldo, Andres, Ernesto, Junitza, Yadira, Danielito, George, Jennifer, William, Estefano, Alexandria, Nautica, Antonio, Angelina, Annalisia, Ava, Elonzo, Tiana-Marie, Kira, Matthew, Janicia and Orlando; and his siblings, Gloria Velez, Estelle Navarro, Benito Navarro (Juanita), Carmen Garcia, Nerada Vasquez, Nicolaza Vasquez, Anani Miro (Pedro) and Pedro Vasquez. He is also survived by many loving great grandchildren.
