It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Duimstra of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Bouwknegt and Carrie Bouwknegt; her siblings, Richard Bouwknegt and Holly Dutkiewicz; and her son Darin Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Denny Duimstra; her children, Robin Kline (Tom), Jamey Cook (Kathi), Coleen Madsen (Lance) and Amy Hass (Kyle); her grandchildren, Liz Casey (Sean), Chris Kline (Steff), Ben Kline (Katherine), Jeana Elhart (Rob), Danielle Cook, Makenzie Cook, Gage Madsen and Elle Madsen (Cody); her great grandchildren, Collin, Landon, Jensen, Sebastian, Brittin, Adeline and Dominic; her granddaughter Susan Staal (Mike); her great grandchildren, Adam, Ella and Ethan; her grandson John Duimstra (Anne); and her great grandchildren, Claudia and Brianna.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Association for the Blind.
