She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Genther; her grandson Shane Wielinga; and her parents, Alvin Arendsen and Jean Arendsen. She is survived by: her children, Randy Smith (Jennifer), Ellen Miller (Dale), Christopher Genther (Betsy) and Warren Genther (Vicki); her grandchildren, Jessica (Trent), Christopher, Jordan (Shelly), Dylan (Mickayla), Dallas, Brody and Bailey Marshall (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Bryson and Emma; and her brother Douglas Arendsen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
