She is survived by: her brother Policarpo Jr. (Steve); her niece Michelle Lopez Wiersma; her great-niece Jessica Wiersma; her sisters-in-law, Mary Lopez and Anita Ortega; and her close friend Yolanda Reyes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
