She is survived by: her husband Leon; her sons, Steven Siekman (Judy) and Christopher Siekman (Shelly); her grandchildren, Rachel McCloskey (Mike), Ben Siekman (Alli), Jonah and Grace Siekman; her great grandchildren, Connor, Levi, Millie McCloskey, Dean and Walker Siekman; her sisters, Ruth Schrier and Coral Justis; and her sister-in-law Carol Van Bruggen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Kathy's memory may be made to the Third Reformed Church Benevolent Fund.
