She is survived by: her daughter Ophelia Saree Warren; her parents, Thomas Hall and Lisa Hall; her sister Kelsey Carstens (Sam); her grandparents, Ernie and Joanne Kozlowski; her aunts and uncles, Deb Kozlowski (Lee Barnhill), Joelyn McCallum (Jim), Nancy Mead, Linda Murphy (Mike), Kevin Kozlowski and Tim Hall (Ann); and her cousins, Madison Murphy and Chip McCallum (Jessica).
