He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Parney and Lorraine Parney; his daughter Doloris "Doe" Monroe (Cindy); his stepmother Shirley Parney; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Geney and Steve Geney.
He is survived by : his wife Cindy; his children, John "JC" Kiss (Karen), Elizabeth "Beth" Ramey and William Parney; his grandchildren, Emily, Austin, Ethan, Alana, Skylar and Benjamin; his siblings, Rick Parney, Rose Wildbahn (David), James Parney (Gayle) and Alfred Moore (Jennie); and his sisters-in-law, Sue Bynum, Terri Coons, Christina Novakowski (Ken) and Debbie Geney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
