He is survived by: his siblings, Kelly Felker (Brad), Kim Parsons (Scott), Katie Vanden Berg (Brian), Kirk Kuiper (Lori), Keith Kuiper (Heather) and Karla Jackson (Jay). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
