He is survived by: his wife Linda Evans; his daughters, Katherine Meekhoff (Geoffrey) and Mary Ann Lutz (Brad); his grandchildren, Madison Niederer (Hunter), Maxwell Meekkhoff (Mackenzie), Margaret Meekhoff, Chase Lutz and Charles Lutz; his great grandchild Macklin Meekhoff (Max); and his sisters, Linda Larsen (Evans) and Susan Sweeris (Evans).
