He is survived by: his sons, Brandon (Aurelie), Aaron (Stacy) and Jonathan (Lindsey); his brother Mark (Sandi); his grandchildren, Beatrice and Max; and his significant other Catharine Walstra. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
