He was predeceased by : his father Ah Kong Chee; his mother-in-law Jessica D. Kuizema; and his brother-in-law Goh Simon. He is survived by : his mother Chan Yoke-Eng; his father-in-law Harold J. Kuizema (Joan Kuizema Chee); his siblings, Jessica Yoke, Carole Yoke, Chee Ah Chai (Susan), Chee Sai Chai (Nancy), Chee Ong Koh (Suan Phaik) and Chee Gladys; his half-sister Chee Foong-Kin (Kenny); and his sisters-in-law, Diane DeHaan (Mark), Ellen Thomasma (Norm) and Carole Valk (Albert). He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews and twenty-two great-nieces.
