He is survived by: his mother Carol Abbott (Abbott); his stepfather Mike Abbott; his sisters, Kelly Terkeurst (Jim) and Tammy Gayer (Jack); his nieces and nephews, Maddox, Jackson, Harrison and Xania Gayer; and his uncles, Steve Fultz (Sue) and Mike Reyes (Gloria).
