He is survived by: his children, Darrius Stewart, Baron Smith (Shauntrice), Larrell Ford, Janeka Jackson, Larry Smith and Cortney Evans; and his siblings, Jerry Evans, Ronald Evans (Ethel), Harry Evans (Brenda) and Arlene Evans. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home (3355 Merriam St, Muskegon, MI 49444).
