He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Hornstra and Edward Hornstra. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hornstra; his siblings, Judy Keith and Ed Hornstra (Beverly); and his children, Kelly Brinkhuis, Tim Hornstra and Lori Hornstra. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
