He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Conley and Josephine Conley; his sister Jackie Sullivan (Howard); and his siblings-in-law, Ken, Gerri Monton and Carol Monton.
He is survived by: his wife LeeAnn Conley (Monton); his children, Michelle Rodriguez (Derrick), Jack Conley (Jen) and Tara Stedman (Joe); his grandchildren, Melina, Gabrielle Rodriguez, Griffin, Grace Conley, Kaileigh Anderson, Trista and Brianna Stedman; his siblings, Beth Bogert (Bob), Tim Conley (Nancy) and Terry Conley (Marilyn); and his sisters-in-law, Susan Monton and Mary Jo Horvath (Jeff). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
