She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Swieringa and Lena Swieringa (DePree); her husband James W. Topp; her son-in-law Ryan R. Whaley; and her grandson Daniel S. Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara L. Adams (Bruce), Michael J. Topp (Cecelia), Patricia A. Whitfield (Charles) and Karen S. Snyder (Dean); and her grandchildren, Russell R. Whaley, Curtis J. Whaley, Mason E. Snyder, Jillane R. Lefers, Lisa M. Fields, Kaely S. Lewis and Nicholas J. Whaley. She is also survived by 15 Great-Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
