She is survived by: her husband Carl; her children, Susyn Veldheer (Rick), Jamie Larson (Terry) and John VanLaan (Kim); her grandchildren, Kendra Veldheer Maten (Tanner), Zack Veldheer, Ryan Larson, Courtney Larson, Connor VanLaan (Taryn) and Lexi VanLaan; her sister Karen Wiersma; and her brother-in-law George VanLaan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Leslie's name can be made to Home Acres Reformed Church.
