He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Vickers and Jean Vickers. He is survived by: his sister Elaine; his wife Charmain DeVlieg Vickers; and his sons, Doug Vickers (Linda), Jim Vickers (Deb), Steve Vickers (Theresa), Mark Vickers (Donna) and Paul Vickers (Melissa).
