She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Scripsema and Roberta Scripsema (Goul); her husband Rob Umstead; her children, Nathan (Vanessa Umstead), Emily (Paul Pearson), Megan (Mark Williams) and Ashley (Ryan VanRavenswaay); her grandchildren, Daniel, Margaux, Miles, Naomi, Charlotte, Reese, Loui, Andie, Luca and Lena; her brother Paul (Karen Scripsema); and her sister-in-law Anita (Mike Collison). She was also cherished by four nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Linda's honor to The Ronald McDonald House or The Jerusalem Project.
